Investment Committee
Rob Campbell is an independent member of the SCIP Investment Committee. He brings over 20 years of experience managing global portfolio and direct investments.
Rob was appointed to the Board of the New Zealand Accident Compensation Corporation in March 2009, where he is Chief Investment Officer and Chairman of the ACC Investment Committee. ACC is a sovereign organization with approximately NZ$14 billion under management. Rob is additionally a former investment director for the private investment and custodial business firm Tappenden Holdings Ltd.
Rob’s extensive governance experience includes directorships to public and private
sector organizations, as well as being Chairman of Guinness Peat plc; Chairman of
Turners and Growers Ltd; Chairman of the New Zealand Government Printing Office,
Deputy Chairman of the Bank of New Zealand and being on the Establishment Board of
New Zealand Post. He is also a former Secretary of the Distribution Workers Federation,
and a former member of the National Executive of the New Zealand Federation of Labour. |
