John is the Chief Administrative Officer of Silverfern
Co-Investment PartnersTM and brings over 18 years
of experience in general management, corporate finance
and Mergers and Acquisitions in best-in-class organizations
to the SCIP team.
John is additionally a Principal and Chief Administrative Officer of SCIP affiliate The Silverfern Group, Inc. Prior to co-founding Silverfern, John was Vice President/General Manager for a division of PartMiner, Inc., an electronics component distributor. Prior to PartMiner, John spent eight years at American Express Company, including 4 years in American Express’ asset management division, American Express Financial Advisors (now Ameriprise). While at American Express, John served on the Board of Directors for American Centurion Life and IDS Life of NY. Prior to American Express, John was with Smith Barney, Harris Upham, Inc.’s corporate finance and Mergers and Acquisitions units in New York and London.
John is a Registered Securities Principal and earned his Master of Business Administration Degree from the Harvard Business School. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree, cum laude, from Colgate University. |
